WCWins — Terms of Service

1. Who we are

WCWins ("WCWins", "World Class WINS", "we", "us") is operated by ACHIM GABRIEL-DAN PFA, a Romanian authorized natural person (persoană fizică autorizată) registered in Bucharest, Sector 3, Romania, with fiscal code (CUI) 47379440 and Trade Register number F40/6633/2022.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wcwins.com and its related pages, apps and features (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that using the Service is lawful where you live. We may close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Your account

• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us promptly at gabriel.achim@wcwins.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

4. A free-to-play game

WCWins is a free football prediction and fantasy game. You can predict match outcomes, build Fantastic 7 lineups, join leagues and climb leaderboards.

WCWins is not gambling. No purchase or deposit is required, and you never stake real money.

5. WINS and Credits are virtual points

WINS, Credits and any other in-game points, badges or rewards ("Virtual Points") are game scores only. They:

• have no monetary value;
• cannot be bought, sold, transferred between users, exchanged or withdrawn for money, goods or services;
• do not belong to you as property. They are a feature of the game that we may adjust, reset, correct or retire, including when the game changes.

We do not offer real-money prizes. If we ever run a promotion with real prizes, it will have its own rules, published separately, and those rules will apply to it.

6. Game rules and settlement

• Picks and lineups lock at the time shown in the game, normally at kickoff. Locked entries cannot be changed.
• Results are settled using official match data from our data providers. Settlement may be delayed while results are confirmed.
• If a match is postponed, cancelled, abandoned or materially changed, we may void or adjust the related entries.
• If an entry is settled using wrong data, or Virtual Points are awarded because of a technical error, we may correct the result or remove the points.
• Scoring rules for each game are shown on the Rules page and in the game itself. If those rules and these Terms conflict, these Terms apply.

7. Fair play

You agree not to:

• create or use multiple accounts, or let others use yours;
• use bots, scripts, automated tools or scraping;
• exploit bugs or errors, or fail to report one you notice that gives an unfair advantage;
• manipulate leaderboards or leagues, or collude with others;
• interfere with the Service, its security or other users.

If we reasonably believe you broke these rules, we may remove Virtual Points, void entries, remove you from leaderboards or leagues, and suspend or close your account.

8. Your content

Usernames, league names, Fan Zone posts and anything else you submit ("User Content") must be lawful and must not be offensive, misleading, infringing or promotional. You keep ownership of your User Content and give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and use it to operate the Service. We may remove User Content or rename leagues or usernames that break these Terms.

9. Winsy, the AI assistant

Winsy is an AI assistant that helps you use the game. Its answers are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. Winsy's match analyses are for entertainment only and are not betting, financial or professional advice. Winsy cannot place picks or move Virtual Points for you. Do not share sensitive personal information in your messages.

10. Football data, prices and trademarks

• Fixtures, scores, statistics and any prices or probabilities shown in the game come from third-party data providers. We cannot guarantee they are accurate, complete or timely.
• Any prices shown are for game information only. They are not an offer or invitation to place a bet, and we do not accept bets.
• WCWins is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, any league or any club. Team, competition and player names are used only to identify the matches in the game and remain the property of their owners.

11. Our intellectual property

The WCWins name, the World Class WINS brand and crest, the software, design and content of the Service belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows.

12. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, games or the Service at any time, including scoring, leagues and Virtual Points.

13. Ending your use

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or creates risk for the Service or other users. When an account is closed, its Virtual Points are lost; they have no value and are not refunded or compensated.

14. Liability

The Service is free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or Virtual Points, or for interruptions, errors or third-party data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Please contact us first at gabriel.achim@wcwins.com so we can try to resolve any issue. Disputes will be decided by the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, without affecting any mandatory right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence. You may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version with its date and, for material changes, notify you in the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
